Daarnaast houd je grip op de voorraad, productkwaliteit, planning en hygiëne. Je zorgt dat de keuken schoon, georganiseerd en klaar voor de volgende service is. Je werkt nauw samen met de locatie manager en bent als onderdeel van het managementteam betrokken bij wat er op jouw locatie gebeurt.
