Daarnaast een veelzijde kaart voor lunch, diner en ook vegetarisch veel keus! Hotel reserveren Het hotel heeft 8 mooie kamers in het centrum van Enkhuizen. Ontbijt is mogelijk. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Chef Bediening (20+) die ons team komt versterken. In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten iedere dag een uitstekende beleving hebben. De ideale baan naast je studie Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het bedieningsteam onder leiding van onze bedrijfsleidster. - Zorgen voor een optimale gastbeleving en uitstekende service. - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers. - Toezien op kwaliteit, hygiëne en naleving van bedrijfsprocedures. - Bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer. - Samenwerken met de keuken en het management om de dagelijkse operatie soepel te laten verlopen. - Het netjes afsluiten van de zaak. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie. - Je bent gastvrij, representatief en communicatief sterk. - Je kunt goed overzicht bewaren en denkt in oplossingen. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en weekenden. - Je weet een team te inspireren en het beste uit mensen te halen.
