In jouw rol als beenhouwer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een aantrekkelijke en goed gevulde toonbank. Jouw expertise in de vleesverwerking komt hierbij goed van pas. Klanten kunnen niet alleen rekenen op jouw vakkennis, maar ook op jouw advies bij het maken van hun maaltijdkeuzes.

Daarnaast coach je jouw team in het atelier en zorg je voor een positieve werksfeer waarin iedereen zich kan ontwikkelen. Ben jij klaar om jouw leiderschapsvaardigheden in te zetten?

  • Heb jij ervaring in de vleesverwerking?
  • Ben jij klantgericht en heb je passie voor het slagersvak?
  • Kun jij goed functioneren in een team en ben je bereid om je medewerkers te coachen?
