The posting

Als beenhouwer krijg je bij ons de ruimte om je vak écht uit te oefenen. Je werkt met kwalitatief vlees, moderne apparatuur en hebt een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden en portioneren van vers vlees volgens de juiste technieken
  • Het maken van verschillende gehaktbereidingen
  • Het bereiden en vullen van verse worsten
  • Het maken van hamburgers en andere huisbereidingen
  • Het marineren en kruiden van vlees
  • Het bereiden van een ruim assortiment panklare gerechten
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne binnen het atelier

Heb je daarnaast ervaring als chef-beenhouwer of ambitie om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen? Dan bekijken we graag samen jouw doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Jouw werkuren?

Je werkt tussen 7u00 en maximaal 17u00 à 18u00. Op zaterdag ben je steeds aanwezig en op zondag werk je één weekend op twee. Zowel voltijds als deeltijds werken is mogelijk. Je ontvangt jouw planning minstens drie weken op voorhand en krijgt hier ook inspraak in.

Wil jij als beenhouwer werken in een prachtig, modern atelier uitgerust met de nieuwste machines? Zoek je een werkgever waar ambacht en kwaliteit nog écht centraal staan, maar waar tegelijk ook rekening wordt gehouden met jouw privéleven?

Wij werken uitsluitend met kwalitatieve vleesrassen zoals Belgisch Witblauw, Duc d'Olive, Hereford en Charolais. Geen industriële massaproductie, maar puur vakmanschap en respect voor het product.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en hecht team van beenhouwers, verkoopmedewerkers en flexijobbers. Er wordt hard gewerkt wanneer het nodig is, maar een goede sfeer en plezier op de werkvloer vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Je hebt ervaring als beenhouwer of chef-beenhouwer.
