In de middag maak je roosters, vul je HACCP-lijsten in, doe je bestellingen en verzorg je de menukaarten voor meetings en events. 's Avonds sta je samen met jouw team klaar voor de service. Je bereidt gerechten zorgvuldig en geeft ze pas uit wanneer elk detail klopt.Met jouw culinaire en creatieve vaardigheden ontwikkel je samen met de Executive Chef de mooiste menu's. Samen met de Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager en Executive Chef vorm je het culinaire hart van het hotel. Je hebt goed contact met de bediening en weet hoe je bestellingen moet aannemen, controleren en verdelen.BIERFABRIEK ALMEREBierfabriek is een unieke combinatie van een brouwerij, een restaurant en een bar. In 2011 opende de eerste vestiging in hartje Amsterdam. In 2014 volgde de tweede Bierfabriek in Delft en begin 2017 openden we ook onze deuren in Almere.Midden in het restaurant brouwen we onze exclusieve bieren, die gasten zelfs zelf kunnen tappen. Een van de specialiteiten van Bierfabriek is de houtskool‑BBQ waarmee we ons beroemde boerderijkippetje bereiden, wat bijdraagt aan het eigenwijze karakter van Bierfabriek.Op vrijdag en zaterdag verandert Bierfabriek in Nachtfabriek, waar onze DJ's vanaf een uur of 9 draaien.
