The posting

Vous pouvez devenir acteur d'un grand service public actif dans la gestion d'un de nos biens les plus précieux, l'eau.

En tant que chef(fe) d'équipe mécanicien(ne) usines au sein de la Direction de la production, vous contribuez activement à la maintenance et au bon fonctionnement de nos équipements essentiels.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Réalisation de tous travaux de montage et d'assemblage mécanique, en atelier et sur le terrain.
  • L'entretien, le dépannage et la surveillance des installations électromécaniques (pompes, compresseurs, vannes, groupes diesels...) en vous appuyant sur les manuels, plans et schémas techniques
  • Organisation, coordination et participation aux travaux d'une équipe en veillant à la qualité, la sécurité et le respect des délais
  • Participation à l'entretien et à l'exploitation des bassins et des puisards divers
  • Vous avez au minimum un certificat de l'enseignement secondaire inférieur en mécanique, électromécanique (ou apparenté) et une expérience en maintenance industrielle de minimum 2 ans OU un certificat de formation en alternance en mécanique, électromécanique (ou apparenté) et une expérience en maintenance industrielle de minimum 5 ans
  • Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A l'engagement, vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire B (manuel définitif)
  • Une expérience en gestion d'équipe et la possession du permis C constituent des atouts

  • Vous appliquez avec soin les consignes et les règles de sécurité
  • Vous disposez d'un bon sens technique
  • Vous traitez et résolvez les problèmes de manière autonome, en identifiant des alternatives pertinentes et en mettant en œuvre les solutions
  • Vous donnez des instructions claires, suivez et dirigez les résultats des collaborateurs, et vous vous assurez que chacun adopte un comportement adéquat
  • CDI temps-plein
  • Rémunération mensuelle brute entre 3 524 € et 4 457 € (barèmes de base minimum et maximum indexés)
