Gestion des chantiers :

  • Sur base du dossier technique reçu (mission, plans, adresse, consignes de sécurités, ...) :
  • Vous organisez l’installation et l’aménagement du chantier avec les membres de votre équipe.
  • Vous prévoyez le matériel nécessaire à la bonne tenue du (nouveau) chantier, au plus tard la veille.
  • Vous réalisez les appels de marchandises nécessaires en coordination avec le conducteur de chantier de notre client.
  • Vous réalisez les métrés de votre travail et le transmettez au conducteur de chantier.
  • Vous êtes la personne de référence sur le chantier, en interne et aussi pour notre client.
  • Vous rapportez à votre responsable, les informations quant à l’avancement des travaux, les problèmes rencontrés lors de la réalisation, et envisagez ensemble les solutions.
  • Vous veillez à l’entretien et au respect du matériel de/par votre équipe.
  • En tant que personne d’encadrement, vous participez aux réunions de coordination de votre activité.
  • Vous portez une attention permanente à l’adaptation de l’organisation du travail et des postes de travail ainsi qu’à notre spécificité de travail adapté

Gestion d’équipe :

  • Vous répartissez le travail en leur fournissant toutes les consignes et les explications nécessaires pour garantir un travail de qualité et dans les délais, en toute sécurité.
  • Vous vérifiez la compréhension des consignes, anticipez les erreurs possibles et le bon déroulement des opérations tout au long de la réalisation du chantier.
  • Vous encadrez (former, motiver, et évaluer) activement le personnel en veillant à faire respecter les valeurs de la société. Par la distribution des tâches, vous valorisez les compétences de chaque personne, en tenant compte de leurs aptitudes professionnelles respectives.
