Notre client est une organisation active dans le secteur des soins et des services à la personne, bénéficiant d'une présence bien établie en Belgique. Son fonctionnement repose sur plusieurs sites et une organisation financière structurée, dans un environnement où la rigueur, la collaboration et la qualité du service occupent une place essentielle.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son département financier, l'organisation recherche un Chef Comptable capable de prendre en charge la comptabilité dans son ensemble et d'encadrer une équipe expérimentée.

Votre fonction

En tant que Chef Comptable, vous êtes responsable de la bonne gestion de la comptabilité et assurez la coordination d'une équipe de 5 collaborateurs répartis sur plusieurs sites.

Vous combinez une dimension managériale avec une implication opérationnelle importante : clôtures, TVA, fournisseurs, créances, immobilisations, banques et suivi des flux financiers. Vous êtes également le garant de la qualité et de la fiabilité des comptes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser, organiser et accompagner une équipe comptable de 5 personnes ;
  • Assurer la comptabilité générale et le suivi des opérations jusqu'aux clôtures trimestrielles ;
  • Superviser les comptes fournisseurs, les paiements et les relations avec les différents partenaires ;
  • Contrôler les opérations liées aux immobilisations et amortissements ;
  • Assurer le suivi des créances auprès des clients et organismes concernés ;
  • Superviser les opérations liées aux banques et aux caisses ;
  • Préparer et contrôler les déclarations TVA ;
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers de clôture annuelle et aux échanges avec le réviseur externe ;
  • Superviser le calcul et le suivi de différents flux financiers spécifiques au secteur ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus comptables et à la fiabilisation du reporting.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un Bachelier en comptabilité ou d'une formation équivalente ;
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction comptable similaire ;
  • Vous avez déjà encadré une équipe et savez adapter votre style de management à différents profils ;
  • Vous êtes autonome sur une clôture comptable complète ;
  • Vous maîtrisez très bien Excel ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, structuré, bienveillant et capable de prioriser efficacement ;
  • La connaissance du secteur des soins, du non-marchand ou des ASBL constitue un véritable atout ;
  • La connaissance du néerlandais est souhaitée.
