Chef d'atelier (H/F/X)

Konvert Gosselies recherche un Chef d'atelier pour rejoindre une société active dans le secteur industriel. Véritable relais entre la direction et les équipes de terrain, vous assurez la bonne organisation de l'atelier et veillez au bon déroulement des opérations de production.

Votre fonction

• Organiser et coordonner le travail des techniciens, soudeurs et opérateurs de l'atelier

• Planifier les activités en fonction des priorités et des délais de production

• Assurer l'encadrement, l'accompagnement et la montée en compétences de l'équipe

• Veiller au respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et environnement

• Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et garantir la qualité des réalisations

• Apporter un soutien technique aux collaborateurs lorsque nécessaire

• Gérer les équipements, le matériel et les consommables de l'atelier

• Collaborer avec les différents services afin d'optimiser les processus de production

• Assurer un suivi régulier des indicateurs de performance et remonter les informations à la direction

• Formation en mécanique, électromécanique, soudure ou expérience équivalente

• Expérience significative dans la gestion d'une équipe technique ou de production

• Bonne connaissance des techniques de fabrication, d'assemblage et de soudure

• Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles

• Leadership naturel et sens des responsabilités

• Personne de terrain, autonome et orientée solutions

• Rigoureux, précis et attentif à la qualité du travail réalisé

• Respectueux des règles de sécurité et des bonnes pratiques industrielles
