The posting

Le Creb est à la recherche d'un.e technicien.ne qualifié.e - chef.fe d'équipe de nettoyage/cuisine pour un contrat de remplacement. Temps de travail : 37h/37h. Rémunération barémisée (CP 319.02) Engagement immédiat. Ce poste est à pourvoir sur le site de Woluwe.

Le.la chef.fe d'équipe de nettoyage est responsable du nettoyage de l'ensemble des locaux, de la gestion de l'équipe de technicien.ne.s. et de l'équipe de la cuisine.

RÔLE: 1. Garantit la propreté des locaux des différents centres, contrôle la qualité du nettoyage et l'hygiène des locaux. 2. Gère l'équipe de technicien.ne.s d'entretien et l'équipe de cuisine (en collaboration avec la cheffe cuisine). 3. Participe au recrutement du personnel technique d'entretien et de cuisine (en collaboration avec la cheffe cuisine). 4. Assume la gestion administrative des plannings, congés, formations, réunions d'équipe, ... 5. Gère le matériel, les produits de nettoyage, les produits des soins nécessaires aux enfants, ... 6. Collabore et communique avec les différents services pour toutes informations relatives à sa fonction.

Profil recherché, Compétences, Formation, Expérience :

Adhésion à l'objet social, aux valeurs, aux missions et à la vision de l'asbl. Capacité à respecter et à poser un cadre. Conscience professionnelle, respectueux.se. Empathie et bienveillance. Discrétion. Esprit d'équipe. Proactivité.

Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Office - Word et Excel). Bonne communication et capacité rédactionnelle.

Polyvalence et capacités d'adaptation. Respect du secret professionnel. Capacité d'organisation, d'analyse et de synthèse. Rigueur et autonomie. Posséder le permis de conduire est un plus.

Expérience exigée : 2 ans en tant que chef.fe d'équipe d'entretien. Formation(s): CESS (une qualification technique est un plus).
