Tu souhaites allier travail de terrain, gestion d'équipe et interventions techniques dans un secteur essentiel à la protection de l'environnement ?

Nous recherchons un Chef d'Équipe Dépollution pour renforcer les équipes d'une société spécialisée dans les travaux de dépollution, de nettoyage industriel et d'assainissement de sites.

Véritable relais entre le terrain et la hiérarchie, tu encadres les ouvriers et veilles au bon déroulement des interventions tout en participant activement aux travaux.

Gestion d'équipe et organisation

  • Encadrer et coordonner une équipe d'ouvriers sur les différents chantiers.
  • Organiser les tâches quotidiennes et répartir le travail.
  • Veiller au respect des délais et à la qualité des prestations réalisées.
  • Former et accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs.

Travaux de dépollution

  • Participer aux opérations de nettoyage industriel et de dépollution.
  • Superviser les travaux d'aspiration, de pompage et d'assainissement.
  • Contrôler la bonne utilisation du matériel et des équipements.

Sécurité et qualité

  • Faire respecter les consignes de sécurité sur chantier.
  • Réaliser les briefings de sécurité avant intervention.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures environnementales et des normes en vigueur.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier de l'avancement des travaux.
  • Tu possèdes une expérience dans la dépollution, le nettoyage industriel ou les travaux techniques de terrain.
  • Tu as déjà encadré une équipe ou disposes d'un solide potentiel de leadership.
  • Tu possèdes le VCA.
  • Le permis C constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Tu es organisé, autonome et orienté solutions.
  • Tu accordes une grande importance à la sécurité et au travail bien réalisé.
  • Tu apprécies le travail de terrain et le contact avec les équipes.
