Nous recherchons, pour une équipe de production entièrement francophone, un chef d'équipe de terrain chargé d'assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de la chaîne de production.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

En tant que chef d'équipe, vous êtes chargé de diriger une équipe expérimentée composée de 6 collaborateurs.

  • Diriger, motiver et encadrer une petite équipe expérimentée afin de garantir un fonctionnement fluide et sûr.
  • Être présent sur le lieu de travail et intervenir sur la chaîne de production lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.
  • Surveiller le volume et la qualité de la production, en intervenant en temps opportun lorsque des ajustements s'imposent.
  • Effectuer la maintenance technique de première ligne et résoudre les pannes grâce à une formation technique en mécanique et/ou en électronique.
  • Collaborer de manière constructive avec le service de planification de la production et les responsables afin d’optimiser les processus.
  • Optimiser l’organisation du travail et anticiper les goulots d’étranglement.
  • Communiquer de manière respectueuse et tenir compte de l’expérience au sein de l’équipe.
  • Diplôme technique ou expérience équivalente, de préférence associée à des compétences en gestion d'équipe.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de production ; une expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire est un atout mais n'est pas obligatoire.
  • Esprit pratique et volonté de participer activement aux tâches sur le terrain.
  • Flexibilité pour assurer, dans des cas exceptionnels, un service de nuit en cas d'absence d'un collègue.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français.
