The posting

Pour une entreprise familiale stable et en pleine croissance dans le secteur du béton préfabriqué, nous recherchons un chef d'équipe expérimenté capable de diriger une équipe tout en participant activement à la professionnalisation de la production.

En tant que chef d'équipe, vous dirigez une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs. Vous êtes présent quotidiennement sur le terrain et veillez au bon déroulement de la production, de la qualité, de la sécurité et de l'efficacité.

Il s'agit d'une nouvelle fonction au sein de l'organisation. Vous évoluerez donc dans un environnement où il reste beaucoup à structurer, améliorer et développer.

  • Diriger, accompagner et motiver une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs
  • Être le premier point de contact sur le terrain
  • Organiser les effectifs en fonction des besoins de la production
  • Veiller à la qualité, la sécurité, l'ordre et l'efficacité
  • Interpeller et accompagner les collaborateurs lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Participer vous-même au travail sur le terrain si nécessaire : décoffrage, ferraillage, coulage, changement de moules, etc.
  • Détecter, analyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques lorsque cela est possible
  • Assurer le suivi des petites pannes techniques et faire appel au service maintenance pour les problèmes plus importants
  • Réfléchir activement à des solutions structurelles et à des améliorations
  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail sûr, propre et organisé
  • Participer à la mise en place de procédures et d'accords de travail clairs

Horaires

Vous travaillez en 2 équipes alternées :

  • Semaine 1 : 05h00 – 13h30
  • Semaine 2 : 13h00 – 21h30

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne capable de diriger une équipe, disposant d'un bon sens technique et prête à prendre ses responsabilités.

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable d'équipe dans un environnement de production
  • Diplôme technique en mécanique, électromécanique ou domaine similaire, ou solide expérience technique acquise sur le terrain
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe sur le terrain
  • Vous avez du caractère, de la maturité et une autorité naturelle
  • Vous osez prendre des décisions et assumez vos responsabilités
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • Vous avez une mentalité pratique et aimez être présent sur le terrain
  • Vous disposez d'un bon sens technique et êtes orienté solutions
  • Vous êtes curieux et souhaitez comprendre les processus de production et la technique
  • Vous prenez des initiatives et identifiez les possibilités d'amélioration
  • Une expérience dans l'amélioration ou la structuration de processus de production constitue un atout
  • Le français est la langue de travail au sein de la production
