Sous la responsabilité du Gestionnaire de Chantier, vous encadrez votre équipe sur le terrain et assurez le déroulement des opérations de montage :

  • Gestion d'équipe : Organiser le travail quotidien sur le chantier, répartir les tâches et maintenir une bonne cohésion.
  • Montage et assemblage : Diriger et participer à l'érection des structures métalliques, la pose de charpentes, bardages et éléments de couverture.
  • Sécurité : Veiller au respect strict des normes de sécurité (EPI, travail en hauteur, balisage).
  • Suivi technique : Lire les plans d'exécution, contrôler la conformité du montage et rapporter l'avancement au gestionnaire de projet.

Profil Recherché

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum comme monteur en structures métalliques, avec une première expérience en encadrement d'équipe.
  • Compétences : Lecture parfaite de plans de montage, maîtrise des assemblages mécaniques et notions de soudure.
  • Certifications belges : Attestation VCA (Cadre / Opérationnel) vivement souhaitée. Attestations de compétence : Travail en hauteur et conduite de nacelles élévatrices (PEMP) selon la législation belge. Permis B obligatoire (Permis BE est un atout).
  • Qualités : Leadership, rigueur, résistance au travail en extérieur et bonne communication.
