Lieu de départ : Halle. Chantiers situés dans la région de Bruxelles.

Vos tâches :

  • Organiser et coordonner les activités de votre équipe.
  • Répartir les tâches entre les différents collaborateurs.
  • Suivre l’avancement des travaux sur chantier.
  • Participer activement aux travaux de voirie.
  • Veiller au respect du planning et des délais.
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés.
  • Assurer une bonne communication avec les différents intervenants.
  • Motiver et accompagner votre équipe.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans le secteur de la voirie ou de la construction.
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe.
  • Vous êtes organisé, autonome et responsable.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre des décisions sur le terrain.
  • Vous avez de bonnes qualités de leadership.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous accordez une grande importance à la sécurité.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français.
