Vous venez de la région de Stavelot, Malmedy ou Waimes et souhaitez piloter des projets de proximité ? Pour encadrer nos équipes sur le terrain, nous sélectionnons un Chef d'équipe Gros Œuvre.

En lien direct avec le conducteur de travaux, vous orchestrez le quotidien du chantier et garantissez la qualité de réalisation :

  • Organisation des plannings quotidiens et distribution du travail aux ouvriers (maçons, aides-maçons, apprentis).
  • Contrôle de la conformité des constructions, de l'alignement des éléments et du respect des règles d'ingénierie.
  • Implantation géométrique des bâtiments sur le terrain.
  • Suivi de l'approvisionnement continu du chantier en consommables et outillage.
  • Veille au respect des consignes de sécurité, du maintien des délais et de la rentabilité des opérations.
  • Participation active à la maçonnerie et au montage lors des étapes clés.
  • Interface technique avec les sous-traitants et prestataires externes présents sur le site.

Parcours : Solides états de service comme maçon en construction générale. Une expérience managériale sur chantier est un plus, mais les candidatures de maçons confirmés souhaitant évoluer sont vivement encouragées.

Aptitudes managériales : Capacités d'encadrement, pédagogie, clarté dans la communication et capacité à fédérer.

Atouts : Sens de la planification, rigueur opérationnelle, réactivité et gestion constructive des imprévus.
