En tant que Chef d'équipe | électricité industrielle, vous organisez le travail, coordonnez les moyens humains et matériels et participez à la réalisation des travaux sur le terrain. Vous contribuez à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la bonne exécution des projets tout en développant votre expertise dans un environnement industriel.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • vous préparez les chantiers en tenant compte de la qualité, des accès, de la sécurité, du mode opératoire, du planning et des besoins en personnel
  • vous rédigez les réquisitions et assurez le suivi de l’avancement des travaux
  • vous encadrez une équipe de 4 à 5 personnes sur chantier
  • vous entretenez la relation avec le client et participez aux réunions de chantier
  • vous veillez au respect des procédures et à la qualité des réalisations
  • vous assurez le suivi administratif des projets
  • vous suivez la productivité et les résultats des chantiers
  • vous effectuez un reporting régulier sur l’état d’avancement des projets et les actions correctives mises en place
  • vous participez à l’amélioration des résultats des chantiers
  • vous identifiez les besoins de votre équipe en matière de matériel et de formation
  • vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement
  • vous assurez le repli des chantiers, la gestion du matériel et la réception des travaux

  • une formation technique ou une expérience significative dans une fonction d’encadrement sur chantier
  • de l’expérience dans l’interprétation de plans
  • la capacité à organiser le travail, coordonner une équipe et suivre l’avancement des projets
  • un bon sens de la communication avec les clients, entrepreneurs et inspecteurs
  • être orienté solution et efficacité
  • faire preuve d’un sens technique développé et prendre plaisir à rechercher des solutions adaptées, tout en veillant au respect des règles de sécurité et des standards de qualité
  • s’adapter aux réalités du terrain, réagir rapidement aux imprévus et intervenir selon les besoins du chantier
