Alors cette opportunité est faite pour vous. Vous occuperez une fonction clé au sein de la production, où organisation, qualité, sécurité et esprit d'équipe sont essentiels.

En tant que Chef d'Équipe Production, vous assurez l'organisation quotidienne des activités de votre équipe et veillez au bon déroulement du processus de fabrication.

Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment:

  • Organiser et superviser les activités de production selon le planning établi
  • Encadrer, motiver et accompagner les opérateurs de production

Assurer le suivi du personnel et participer à la planification des équipes

  • Garantir la traçabilité des produits tout au long du processus de production
  • Veiller au bon réglage et au bon fonctionnement des machines

Contrôler les performances et le rendement des lignes de production

  • Réaliser un suivi rigoureux de la qualité des produits

Signaler rapidement toute anomalie au service qualité

Participer à l'accueil et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs

  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité

Maintenir l'ordre et la propreté sur le lieu de travail Compléter les documents de suivi et de production

Signaler les défauts techniques ou dysfonctionnements des équipements

En tant que Superviseur Production ou Team Leader, vous êtes le lien essentiel entre les opérateurs et les responsables de production. Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous disposez idéalement des atouts suivants:

  • Une expérience dans un environnement de production industrielle

Une première expérience en gestion d'équipe ou un fort potentiel de leadership

Une bonne capacité d'organisation et de planification

  • Un réel intérêt pour la qualité, la sécurité et l'amélioration continue

Un esprit d'initiative et de bonnes capacités de décision

Une attitude positive et orientée solutions

Une bonne résistance au stress

  • La capacité de travailler en équipe postée

Une expérience dans l'industrie agroalimentaire constitue un véritable atout
