Vous avez l'œil pour le détail et le goût du travail bien fait ? Notre client, un acteur industriel de premier plan situé à Grâce-Hollogne, connaît une forte croissance. Pour soutenir le développement de sa section Peinture Haute Précision (peinture liquide à haut degré de finition), nous recherchons un(e) Chef d'Équipe passionné(e) par la qualité et la rigueur.

Sous la responsabilité de la direction de production, vos missions principales seront de :

  • Encadrer et animer au quotidien l'équipe de la section Peinture Haute Précision.
  • Garantir l'excellence : Être le garant ultime de la qualité des pièces sortantes et effectuer les tests de conformité rigoureux.
  • Piloter la performance : Suivre activement les plannings de production et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour optimiser les flux.
  • Collaborer au quotidien : Assurer une communication fluide et transversale avec les différents départements de la société.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Expérience probante : Vous justifiez d'un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en peinture industrielle (impératif).
  • Atout Majeur : Une expérience préalable dans un secteur ultra-exigeant (Aéronautique, Automobile ou Ferroviaire) constitue un très sérieux avantage.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous êtes capable de lire, comprendre et interpréter des plans techniques ainsi que des cahiers des charges complexes.
  • Savoir-être : Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens aigu du détail, votre rigueur méthodologique et vos compétences organisationnelles.
