COBEFA est une entreprise familiale stable et en pleine croissance, qui compte environ 80 collaborateurs. Spécialisés dans les éléments préfabriqués en béton, nous fabriquons des produits en béton de haute qualité pour nos clients en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas, en France et en Allemagne. Nous développons et produisons également nos propres marques, DEER Concrete et Nagare, avec lesquelles nous continuons à miser sur l’innovation, la qualité et la croissance.

Grâce à de nouveaux investissements et à une vision claire de l’avenir, nous traversons actuellement une phase de croissance forte et ambitieuse. C’est dans ce contexte que nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe Production capable de diriger une équipe d’environ 15 collaborateurs et désireux de contribuer activement à la professionnalisation et au développement de notre production.

Votre fonction

En tant que Chef d’équipe, vous êtes quotidiennement présent sur le terrain et veillez à la bonne organisation de la production, de la qualité, de la sécurité et de l’efficacité.

Vous :

  • dirigez, accompagnez et motivez une équipe d’environ 15 collaborateurs ;
  • organisez la répartition du personnel ;
  • êtes le premier point de contact sur le terrain ;
  • recadrez les collaborateurs si nécessaire et assurez le suivi des accords et procédures ;
  • identifiez les problèmes et prenez les initiatives nécessaires pour les résoudre ;
  • participez à l’amélioration et à la structuration des processus de production ;
  • assurez le suivi des petites pannes techniques et collaborez avec le service maintenance pour les problèmes plus importants ;
  • participez vous-même à la production lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Il s’agit d’une nouvelle fonction au sein de COBEFA. Vous rejoindrez donc une structure qui est encore en pleine évolution.

Nous recherchons une personne capable de diriger une équipe, de comprendre les aspects techniques et de prendre ses responsabilités, avec pour objectif de continuer à professionnaliser nos processus de production.

Vous disposez de préférence de :

  • minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de responsable ou de chef d’équipe dans un environnement de production ;
  • une formation technique en mécanique, électromécanique ou une expérience équivalente ;
  • bonnes capacités de communication et une autorité naturelle ;
  • maturité, autonomie et sens des responsabilités ;
  • un esprit pratique et une forte présence sur le terrain ;
  • de bonnes connaissances techniques et un bon esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
  • de l’initiative et l’envie d’améliorer continuellement les processus ;
  • une bonne disponibilité pour travailler en 2 équipes ;
  • le français comme langue de travail au sein de la production.
