The posting

Konvert Tournai recherche un responsable d'équipe spécialisé en maintenance mécanique industrielle pour superviser les opérations de maintenance d'une société agroalimentaire dans la région de Tournai.

Vous serez à la tête d'une équipe de 10 mécaniciens industriels (internes et sous-traitants).

A côté des connaissances pointues en mécanique industriel, les capacités managériales, vous êtes doté une grande polyvalence et une forte capacité d'adaptation, car en période de haute saison, vous serez amené à participer aux opérations en production en horaire feu continu, dans les mêmes conditions de travail que les ouvriers de production.

Responsabilités principales: Gestion et supervision

  • Encadrer, mobiliser et superviser une équipe de mécaniciens industriels.
  • Planifier, organiser et prioriser les travaux de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de santé et sécurité.
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les départements de production.
  • Gérer les sous-traitants et assurer la qualité des travaux effectués.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance.

Support opérationnel

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques complexes.
  • Participer activement aux travaux de maintenance lors des arrêts planifiés.
  • En haute saison, travailler en production en feu continu.
  • Veiller à la disponibilité et à la fiabilité des équipements.

Gestion administrative

  • Planifier les horaires et gérer les priorités d'équipe.
  • Participer à la gestion des inventaires de pièces.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
  • Bachelor avec 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle ou formation équivalente.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle.
  • Expérience en supervision d'équipe (atout majeur).
  • Excellente capacité de gestion des priorités et de prise de décision.
  • Leadership mobilisateur et approche terrain.
  • Grande polyvalence et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement agricole exigeant.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaire variable et en feu continu en haute saison.
