The posting

Vous rejoignez l'équipe de Kitsune Burgers avec un rôle central pendant les services.

Vous êtes capable de tenir votre poste de manière autonome, d'assurer les cuissons, le smash et le montage des burgers, tout en veillant au respect de nos recettes, de nos standards et de l'organisation de la cuisine.

Vous suivez également les stocks, les dates et les contrôles du quotidien, et vous veillez à ce que le poste reste propre et bien organisé.

Selon les services, vous pouvez aussi encadrer ponctuellement un étudiant, donner un coup de main en salle et participer à la plonge et au nettoyage.

Nous cherchons avant tout quelqu'un de fiable, rapide, organisé et autonome.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement rythmé, vous savez garder votre efficacité pendant les rushs et vous êtes capable de travailler sans supervision constante.

Une expérience en cuisine, street food, burger, fast casual ou horeca est souhaitée.

Vous êtes ponctuel, propre dans votre travail, attentif aux détails et capable de suivre des process précis.

Vous devez également être à l'aise pour travailler en petite équipe et, ponctuellement, encadrer un étudiant pendant le service.

  • Horaire à temps partiel : 25 h/semaine + 1 shift de 8 h par mois
