Êtes-vous un leader né avec une passion pour les projets de construction ? Vous aimez la diversité et vous avez le sens des responsabilités ? Alors, CE poste est fait pour vous !

Votre rôle :

  • Vous coordonnez plusieurs chantiers en Flandre-Occidentale, en Wallonie et dans le nord de la France (la région est négociable en fonction de votre lieu de résidence).
  • Vous êtes l’interlocuteur principal des maîtres d’ouvrage et des architectes.
  • Vous supervisez les équipes de montage et assurez une collaboration fluide.
  • Vous participez aux réunions de chantier et faites le reporting auprès du chef de projet.
  • Vous contrôlez la qualité et l’avancement des travaux grâce à des inspections régulières.
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif, y compris les états d'avancement, les décomptes finaux et le contrôle des factures.

PROFIEL Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en construction ou possédez une expérience équivalente dans le secteur.
  • Vous travaillez de manière organisée et possédez d’excellentes compétences en gestion.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et/ou le français.
