Vous coordonnez l’installation HVAC sur chantier, en lien étroit avec une équipe de techniciens et de partenaires, pour garantir un résultat fiable et de qualité. Vous évoluez au cœur d’un projet technique ambitieux, en collaboration directe avec le Project Manager, dans une fonction qui combine présence terrain, partage de connaissances et suivi structuré.

Votre mission se déroule : Nivelles ou Grimbergen. Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Nivelles.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • assurer le suivi quotidien de l’installation HVAC sur chantier et veiller à son bon déroulement
  • coordonner le travail d’une équipe de techniciens et de sous-traitants dans un cadre clair et organisé
  • planifier les livraisons et organiser les aspects pratiques du chantier
  • réaliser les contrôles de qualité et de sécurité prévus
  • effectuer les tâches administratives nécessaires au suivi des travaux
  • travailler en continu avec le Project Manager pour aligner terrain et planning
  • transmettre votre expertise HVAC en accompagnant l’équipe sur certaines tâches et en intervenant sur le terrain lorsque nécessaire

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • un diplôme A2 ou un bachelier en techniques HVAC
  • une connaissance technique solide de l’HVAC, appuyée par une expérience pratique
  • au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de chantier HVAC
  • une capacité à organiser le travail d’une équipe et à en assurer la coordination
  • des compétences en organisation et en communication
  • une maîtrise du français, avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais
