En tant que chef de chantier, vous êtes la cheville ouvrière qui assure le bon fonctionnement de notre organisation. Vous êtes le lien entre nos clients, nos ouvriers, nos chefs d'équipe, nos responsables régionaux, nos agents d'accueil et toutes les autres personnes qui font appel à vous. C'est justement parce que tu es indispensable ! · Tu diriges plusieurs équipes d'ouvriers, tu les encadres en matière d'attitude au travail, mais surtout, tu tisses des liens solides pour qu'ils travaillent ensemble comme une seule et même équipe. · Tu arrives chaque jour à l'heure, tu es motivé(e) et tu as le sens de la communication. Bien sûr, car tu es un exemple pour nos collaborateurs cibles et nos chefs d'équipe ! · Vous êtes la personne enthousiaste qui prend plaisir à transmettre à nos collaborateurs ce qu'on vous a enseigné autrefois. C'est ainsi que cela fonctionne chez Manus : nous apprenons les uns des autres. · Vous connaissez vos chantiers sur le bout des doigts, tout comme les talents de nos collaborateurs. · Non seulement vous veillez à ce que les chantiers soient menés à bien dans les délais et avec la qualité requise, mais vous savez également en assurer le suivi administratif. Travailler avec des fiches de chantier et Excel est donc pour vous une évidence. · Dernier point, mais non des moindres : vous accompagnez et motivez nos collaborateurs dans le cadre du « parcours de progression Manus ». Car vous faites la différence non seulement sur le lieu de travail, mais aussi pour le reste de leur vie.

· Vous avez un diplôme technique. Ou vous n'en avez pas. Cela nous est égal. C'est grâce à ton expérience et à ton approche pratique que nous souhaitons t'accueillir dans notre équipe ! · Tu n'es pas un spécialiste de l'informatique, mais tu possèdes les connaissances nécessaires pour établir un planning sur Excel et relancer tes collègues par e-mail. · Tu aimes décider (en partie) de l'organisation de ta journée de travail, mais tu es également suffisamment flexible pour tout changer si nécessaire. · Vous n'avez pas la mentalité « neuf à cinq », mais vous vous épanouissez dans un travail aux horaires diurnes. · Vous n'êtes jamais frustré(e), car vous savez communiquer clairement et en temps utile. · Vous communiquez avec le sourire avec les clients. Et avec nos ouvriers, vous le faites avec un sourire encore plus grand. · Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire B (boîte manuelle) et vous vous déplacez facilement vers tous nos chantiers · Travailler sous pression est pour vous un jeu d'enfant.
