¿ Prenez en main la coordination complète de chantiers industriels et assurez leur réussite de A à Z. En tant que Chef de chantier, vous préparez, organisez et suivez les travaux sur site en collaboration avec les équipes, le client et le Chef de projet. Vous travaillez sur des projets en construction métallique, chaudronnerie et soudure, avec un impact concret sur des environnements industriels en Belgique. Votre mission se déroule : dans la région de Ans Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : AnsZoom sur la fonction :

  • préparer le chantier : qualité, sécurité, accès, mode opératoire, planning et besoins en personnel
  • organiser et coordonner les travaux sur site selon l’ampleur du projet
  • encadrer les équipes et assurer la relation avec le client
  • veiller à la qualité du travail et au respect des procédures
  • suivre l’état d’avancement des travaux et contribuer à l’optimisation des résultats
  • préparer et participer aux réunions de chantier
  • assurer le suivi administratif : main-d’œuvre, matériel et états d’avancement
  • être responsable de la productivité et du respect des objectifs budgétaires
  • garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement
  • assurer une présence régulière sur les chantiers partout en Belgique selon les besoins des projets

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • une formation technique ou une expérience équivalente dans un rôle d’encadrement sur chantier
  • une expérience en construction métallique, chaudronnerie et soudure
  • une bonne compréhension technique des environnements industriels
  • la capacité à organiser, planifier et suivre des chantiers complexes
  • une approche orientée solutions et efficacité
  • une attention constante à la sécurité et à la qualité du travail
  • une communication claire et constructive avec les clients, entrepreneurs et inspecteurs
  • anglais, espagnol et/ou néerlandais comme atout
