Het adherentiegebied is groot en beslaat zo'n 300.000 inwoners. De vakgroep Interne Geneeskunde bestaat uit 24 internisten, waarvan 4 hematologen en 5 oncologen. We werken samen met verpleegkundig specialisten hematologie en oncologie en verpleegkundig consulenten. Er is een goede onderlinge samenwerking in een prettige, open sfeer. We zijn een opleidingskliniek Interne Geneeskunde voor de eerste drie jaren van de opleiding. Tevens zijn we nauw betrokken bij de opleiding van verpleegkundig specialisten. De klinische zorg is geconcentreerd op locatie Emmen; poliklinische zorg vindt ook plaats op de locaties Hoogeveen en Stadskanaal. Wij zoeken/ wij bieden: Je vervangt een collega die tijdelijk afwezig is. Wij bieden een uitdagende baan in een groot perifeer ziekenhuis met ambitieuze en enthousiaste collega's en een zeer divers patiënten aanbod. Je bent een enthousiaste en betrokken allround internist-oncoloog of internist-hematoloog die het vak in de volle breedte kan uitoefenen. Ervaring met het begeleiden van co-assistenten, arts-assistenten en verpleegkundigen is een pré. Je hebt een kritische blik op de kwaliteit van onze zorg en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verbetering en verduurzaming daarvan. Je participeert voornamelijk in de zaalsupervisie oncologie/hematologie. In overleg zijn poliklinische werkzaamheden mogelijk.
