With breathtaking views over the city, we create an unforgettable experience for our guests every day from the warm welcome to dining in our Brasserie and events in our venues. Behind this experience is a dedicated team within a dynamic organization, offering an informal working atmosphere and a high level of ambition. To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a Chef de Parti with a passion for the craft and a strong focus on quality. The Department The kitchen at the Euromast is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our à la carte Brasserie as well as for banqueting and events. You will work in a professional team under the leadership of the Head Chef. Together, you ensure consistent quality at the highest level both literally and figuratively. The Role As a Chef de Parti, you are a key member of the kitchen brigade. You independently run your own section and ensure that everything operates smoothly, efficiently, and according to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating and executing daily operations within your section, with a strong focus on quality, service, and continuity; - Leading, guiding, and motivating colleagues and trainees through clear instructions and coaching; - Independently running your section during service; - Preparing, portioning, and presenting dishes according to recipes, planning, and presentation standards; - Monitoring quality, timing, and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP); - Contributing ideas to menu development, recipes, and improvements in working methods and procedures; - Shared responsibility for daily ordering; - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and reporting technical or operational issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chefs. ...
