Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Jouw nieuwe baan Als chef de partie bij Jaarbeurs werk je in één van onze vijf professionele keukens en draag je dagelijks bij aan de culinaire beleving van ruim 2,3 miljoen Jaarbeurs-bezoekers per jaar. Van creatieve (vegetarische) gerechten tot theaterdiners en beurscatering. Met het team samen zorg je voor kwaliteit, variatie en smaak, met volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. De vijf keukens van Jaarbeurs zijn: de centrale keuken in het Event & Exhibition Center, de centrale keuken in het Beatrixgebouw en twee restaurantkeukens (Queens en Speys). Alles wat daarbij aan eten wordt geserveerd, gaat via de keukens van Jaarbeurs. En daar hebben we jou bij nodig! Dit vind je leuk om te doen Je vindt het leuk om onderdeel te zijn van een gedreven koksteam en te werken aan gevarieerde maaltijden met vers bereide lokale producten. Je taken en werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Je zorgt voor de mise en place en voor de (deel)bereiding van de gerechten. In de centrale keuken is de warme en koude keuken gescheiden. In de restaurants werk je à la carte en allround - Tijdens events kan je ingezet worden voor live cooking waar jij het eten voor onze gasten vers bereidt - Doordat we meerdere keukens hebben, rouleer je in deze keukens. We houden rekening met je voorkeur: sta je liever op een wat vastere plek in een restaurant of centrale keuken, dan kan dat - We werken we op basis van receptuur in onze centrale keukens en in onze restaurants werk je volgens de menukaart - Kwaliteit staat voorop, je werkt met de beste ingrediënten.
