CHEF DE PARTIE

DAPPER. is een gastronomisch restaurant in de Planet Group arena in Gent. We werken met een compact team, sterke producten en veel aandacht voor techniek, smaak en detail.

Om onze keukenbrigade verder te versterken, zoeken we een Chef de Partie.

JOUW ROL

Als Chef de Partie neem je een volwaardige verantwoordelijkheid op binnen onze keukenbrigade, met een belangrijke focus op de koude kant.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die ook affiniteit heeft met patisserie en desserts en daar mee ondersteuning kan bieden.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • de mise-en-place en service van de koude kant;
  • de voorbereiding en afwerking van koude voorgerechten en andere bereidingen;
  • het mee ondersteunen bij desserts, pré-desserts, mignardises en patisserie;
  • het zelfstandig organiseren en beheren van je partie;
  • mise-en-place en service op een hoog gastronomisch niveau;
  • het mee bewaken van kwaliteit, smaak, presentatie en consistentie;
  • meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en bereidingen;
  • ondersteuning van de andere parties waar nodig;
  • een nette, gestructureerde en efficiënte werking in de keuken.

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen, maar tegelijk graag deel uitmaakt van een kleine brigade waarin iedereen mee ondersteunt waar nodig.

DAPPER. opende in september 2025 in de Planet Group arena in Gent.

Onze keuken is eigentijds gastronomisch, productgericht en technisch verfijnd. We willen voortdurend blijven evolueren, zonder daarbij onze eigen identiteit uit het oog te verliezen.

Naast de reguliere restaurantservices verzorgen we ook private dining, events en hospitality tijdens wedstrijden van KAA Gent.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken en voelt je thuis in een gastronomische omgeving.

Ervaring binnen fine dining of gastronomische restaurants is een belangrijke troef.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd;
  • heb je oog voor detail en presentatie;
  • kan je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
  • beschik je over een goede product- en technische kennis;
  • heb je interesse in zowel hartige bereidingen als patisserie;
  • is ervaring met desserts en patisserie een duidelijke plus;
  • blijf je rustig en gefocust tijdens de service;
  • ben je leergierig en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen;
  • ben je een teamspeler die graag in een kleine, ambitieuze brigade werkt.

Voor ons zijn ervaring, motivatie, technisch niveau en de wil om verder te groeien belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma.
