Ben jij een gepassioneerde Chef de Partie die houdt van variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en werken in teamverband? In ons bedrijfsrestaurant in Mechelen krijg je de kans om je culinaire talenten in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen in een stabiele, dynamische omgeving. We zoeken een allrounder die met enthousiasme de warme keuken leidt en een positieve impact op het team en de gasten maakt.

Je takenpakket:

  • Je bereidt de mise-en-place en zorgt voor het schikken en garneren van warme gerechten en snacks.
  • Je coördineert en superviseert de werkzaamheden in de keuken en neemt de leiding bij afwezigheid van de gerant.
  • Dagelijks bereid je samen met het team een 200-tal warme maaltijden en ondersteun je waar nodig, ook aan de koude kant.
  • Je zorgt voor kwaliteitscontrole, het verwerken van overschotten en een nette keuken na de dienst.
  • Je volgt strikt de veiligheids- en hygiëneregels op en draagt een zero risk mindset uit.
  • Je groeit mee met het team en staat open voor bijleren en het delen van je ervaring.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur eerste leidinggevende ervaring in de keuken
  • Je kan vlot werken met computer (mail, bestellingen)
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse job (38u/week), start om 7u
