Group 6967 Chef de Partie - Luxe Brasserie | Hartje Amsterdam 5* Hotel, Stuur mij dit per mail toe Over de plek Jij wilt koken op hoog niveau. Niet alleen tijdens het diner, maar bij iedere service. Je start je dag met de briefing. De reserveringen zitten vol, meerdere VIP-gasten staan op de lijst en samen met vier andere koks bereid je de lunchservice voor. Daarna bouw je door naar de avondservice. Of je nu werkt aan de à-la-cartekaart, een exclusief evenement of in-room dining: iedere gast verwacht dezelfde kwaliteit. Je komt terecht in een iconisch vijfsterrenhotel in hartje Amsterdam met een rijke geschiedenis. Binnen het hotel bevindt zich ook een restaurant met twee Michelinsterren. Dat betekent niet dat iedere keuken hetzelfde kookt, maar wel dat overal dezelfde hoge standaard wordt gehanteerd. Iedere afdeling draagt bij aan één doel: gasten een uitzonderlijk verblijf bezorgen. Je werkt in een luxe Franse brasserie waar klassieke gerechten worden bereid met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. De kaart bestaat uit herkenbare Franse brasseriegerechten, aangevuld met creatieve menu's die zijn ontwikkeld door een chef met een achtergrond in de sterrengastronomie. Daardoor combineer je klassieke technieken met verfijning en afwisseling. Naast de brasserie verzorgt de keuken ook in-room dining en tijdens evenementen wordt er banqueting gedraaid. Welke service je ook draait, de kwaliteit blijft hetzelfde. Werk je graag in een omgeving waar vakmanschap, verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. De rol Als Chef de Partie ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen partie, maar je bent ook inzetbaar op alle stations binnen de keuken. Je werkt in een brigade van vijf koks per dienst en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werkzaamheden. Tijdens een drukke zomerdag bereiden jullie met elkaar meer dan 100 couverts per service.
