If you have the skills and creativity to wow our guests with every dish, we want you!What is the role? • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our menu and concept • Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards • Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served • Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity • Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists • Guide and develop trainees and apprentices • Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures • Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
