Wij werken met kwaliteitsproducten, een verzorgde mise-en-place en een keuken waar smaak, structuur en constante kwaliteit centraal staan. Onze kaart combineert brasserieklassiekers met seizoensgebonden suggesties en een sterke focus op verse producten.

Functieomschrijving

Als Chef de Partie koude kant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige organisatie van de koude keuken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gerechten nauwkeurig, verzorgd en consistent worden afgewerkt.

Takenpakket

  • Voorbereiden en dresseren van koude gerechten, voorgerechten, salades en desserts
  • Zelfstandig beheren van de koude partie
  • Mee instaan voor mise-en-place en organisatie van de service
  • Waken over kwaliteit, versheid en presentatie van de producten
  • Correct naleven van hygiëne- en HACCP-normen
  • Samenwerken met het keukenteam om een vlotte service te garanderen
  • Meedenken over suggesties en nieuwe gerechten
  • Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken of je hebt een grote motivatie om bij te leren en je hierop toe te leggen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, proper en zelfstandig
  • Ervaring in een professionele keuken is een plus
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, proper en efficiënt
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en afwerking
  • Je bent stressbestendig en functioneert goed tijdens service
  • Passie voor koken en kwaliteitsproducten
  • Teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekends en avondservice
  • Je bent creatief en denkt graag mee over gerechten
  • Je kan goed functioneren in teamverband
