Wir suchen 1 Chef de Partie / Entremetier / Gardemanger / Saucier (m/w/d) Seefeld in Tirol Vollzeit ab 09.11.2026

2.900,00 € - 4.150,00 € brutto pro Monat (Für folgende Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt gem. KV für Angestellte/Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe,zuzüglich Zulagen, 13. und 14. Gehalt, Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation;)

Tätigkeitsbereiche

* Eigenständiges Führen des jeweiligen Posten

* Zubereitung, Qualitätskontrolle und ansprechendes Anrichten aller Speisen und Gerichte des jeweiligen Posten

* Reibungsloser Ablauf bei der Zusammenarbeit aller Küchenposten; Schnellst- und best-mögliche Befriedigung von Gästewünschen

* Kontrolle und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Standards

* Ausbildung von Lehrlingen

* Springertätigkeiten

Fachliche Anforderungen

* abgeschlossene Koch Ausbildung

* fundierte Kenntnisse der klassischen und modernen Küche

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit überdurchschnittlichen Kenntnissen in der gehobenen Gastronomie/5* Hotellerie

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil;

* persönliche Führungsqualitäten

* Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Auszubildenden
