Nach einer Zeit als "Pizza Nomads" mit Pop-ups und Events eröffneten sie im April 2024 ihr eigenes Lokal.

Deine Aufgaben

Produktion & Qualität

* Vorbereitung und Zubereitung aller kalten Speisen (Salate, Antipasti, kalte Vorspeisen, Dressings, kalte Desserts)

* Verantwortlich für Mise-en-place im gesamten Gardemanger-Bereich

* Sicherstellung eines konstant hohen Qualitäts- und Frischelevels

* Kreative und ästhetische Präsentation der Speisen

Hygiene & Standards

* Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (inkl. HACCP)

* Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Arbeitsbereich

* Kontrolle von Kühlketten und korrekter Lagerung

Organisation & Verantwortung

* Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle von frischen Produkten

* Unterstützung bei Bestellungen und Inventuren

* Effiziente Arbeitsweise während Service und Vorbereitung

* Verantwortung für die Organisation des eigenen Postens

Teamarbeit & Kommunikation

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenchef, Pizzaioli und anderen Posten

* Unterstützung anderer Bereiche bei Bedarf

* Klare Kommunikation im Team, besonders während Stoßzeiten

Weiterentwicklung

* Einbringen eigener Ideen für neue kalte Gerichte, Dressings oder Präsentationen

* Aktive Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung des Gardemanger-Konzepts

* Bereitschaft, neue Techniken und Standards zu lernen und umzusetzen

Was du mitbringst

Fachlich

* Erfahrung als Chef de Partie, Gardemanger_in oder ambitionierter Jungkoch/köchin

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich kalte Küche

* Strukturierte, saubere und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Verständnis für Produktqualität, Frische und Präsentation

Persönlich

* Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und teamorientiert

* Belastbar und ruhig auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen

* Leidenschaft für Gastronomie und hochwertige Produkte

* Motivation, sich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Gehalt

* Mindestens 2.700 € brutto pro Monat (Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation möglich)
