The posting

Voor Golden Tulip Ampt van Nijkerk, zijn wij op zoek naar een chef de partie. Ons 4 * hotel biedt alles wat een gast zich maar kan wensen. Het hotel beschikt binnenkort over 140 comfortabele hotelkamers en er is een ruim aanbod aan faciliteiten, zoals een culinair restaurant, een sfeervolle brasserie, diverse vergaderzalen en een wellness center. Om het team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de functie van chef de partie. De voorkomende taken kunnen zijn, het verzorgen van de lunch en het diner, zowel van de zakelijke als de particulieren gast. Daarnaast het verzorgen van de maaltijden van de groepen die gebruikmaken van onze zaalfaciliteiten. Wij zijn op zoek naar een echt horecatalent, vanwege de afwisselende werkzaamheden op de verschillende afdelingen, zoeken wij iemand voor wie het zijn passie is het andere naar de zin te maken.

Functie-eisen: Voldoe jij aan onderstaande eisen?Je bent in staat zelfstandig lunch, diner en patisserie te bereiden.

• Je werkt samen binnen de keukenbrigade en inspireert elkaar.

• Je denkt actief mee en neemt je verantwoording binnen het gehele team.

• Kan je goed organiseren en het overzicht bewaren?

• Flexibel in werkomstandigheden, geen partij is hetzelfde.

• Je ziet er op toe dat er gewerkt wordt volgens de HACCP voorschriften.

• Afgeronde MBO opleiding (koks- of horeca opleiding).

• Werkervaring in ambachtelijke restaurants/keukens.

• Werkervaring in het koken voor groepen tot 300 personen.

• Hebt ervaring met doen van bestellingen.

• Flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om op onregelmatige tijden te werken ( roosters zijn ongeveer 2 weken vooruit ). Wij bieden jou een uitdagende baan in een vast team met flexibele werktijden en een passend salaris.Solliciteer per mail:
