Als chef de partie bij Vermaat Events werk je op de plek waar culinaire creativiteit centraal staat. In onze productiekeuken combineer je vakmanschap met innovatie en draag je bij aan onderscheidende gerechten voor high-end events door het hele land. Klinkt als jouw volgende stap? In de keuken proef je ambitie: geen standaard, maar culinair vakmanschap met lef. Vermaat Events verzorgt hospitality op uiteenlopende evenementen en locaties: van grote sport evenementen zoals de Grand Prix en het KLM Open tot high-end diners in het Rijks of de veteranen dagen in het Nationaal Militair Museum. Jouw team Vanuit de productiekeuken werk jij samen met een hecht team van koks, productiemedewerkers en eventcollega’s. Jullie versterken elkaar en zetten samen de toon voor onvergetelijke ervaringen, zowel voor gasten als opdrachtgevers. Jouw functie Als Chef de partie bij Vermaat Events in IJsselstein ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen partie én deel je de leiding met de Sous chef en Keukenchef. Je werkt zowel in de productie als in de uitvoering en je zorgt dat jouw team én de gerechten altijd tiptop zijn. Zo: Bereid je gerechten volgens de hoge standaard van smaak en presentatie; Werk je samen met de Sous chef en keukenchef in productie én uitvoering; Stuur je collega’s en zzp-chefs binnen aan; Bewaak je rust, kwaliteit en overzicht; Denk je mee over verbeteringen in processen en recepten; Breng je energie, ambitie en collegialiteit in je werk.
