Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab Dezember 2026 1 Chef de partie (m./w.) Deine Aufgaben:

* Selbstständiges Führen und Organisieren des eigenen Küchenpostens

* Vor- und Zubereitung sowie Anrichten der Speisen

* Mise-en-Place und Vorbereitung für das Tagesgeschäft

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sauberkeit und Hygiene (HACCP)

* Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Präsentation unserer Speisen

* Kontrolle der Lebensmittel und fachgerechte Lagerung

* Bestellung der Ware

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Berufserfahrung

* Leidenschaft für frische Produkte und hochwertige Küche

* Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten:
