Wir suchen 1 Chef de partie (m./w.)

Jede Köchin findet ihren Deckel. Und jeder Topf seinen Koch. Wo? In den wunderschönen AMRAI-SUITES in Schruns im idyllischen Montafon. In unserer Küche ist alles angerichtet, allerdings weinen wir bittere Tränchen, nicht nur beim Zwiebelschneiden, sondern vor allem, weil Du den Weg in unsere Küche noch nicht gefunden hast.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

* Vor-/Zubereitung sowie erstklassige Präsentation aller Gerichte

HP-Menü & à la carte Speisen

* Mise en Place

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten unter der Leitung unseres Küchenchefs

* Kreativität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und handwerkliches Können

* Weiterentwicklung unserer Küche mit eigenen Rezepten und Ideen

* Einhaltung aller Hygienerichtlinien

Das bringst Du mit:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

* Berufserfahrung als Chef de partie (m./w.) günstigstenfalls in einer Hotelküche

* Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* profunde Kenntnis aller Lebensmittelhygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* die Fähigkeit, Budgetplanung und Einkäufe gut zu organisieren

* hohe psychische und körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Abenden, Wochenenden und Feiertagen

* Bereitwilligkeit Dich in die Rezepte der Montafoner Küche einzuarbeiten

* die nötige Kreativität, neue Gerichte zu entwickeln

* das Vermögen, Gerichte ansprechend anzurichten und zu dekorieren

* die Fähigkeit zur Erstellung eines Speiseplans oder einer Menükarte
