Das HOTEL SCHWARZ ALM ZWETTL wurde im Winter 2015/2016 generalrenoviert und ist das 4. Hotel der privaten österreichischen Gruppe der IPP HOTELS. (https://www.ipp-hotels.at)

48 Doppelzimmer, Restaurant mit Panoramaterrasse, Seminarräume und tolles "AlmSPA" mit 4 Saunen, Ruheräume, Fitness, Indoorpool und Schwimmteich bieten unseren Gästen einen individuellen Flair.

Wir haben eine gute Jahresauslastung und zu 2/3 private Gäste mit hohem Stammgästeanteil und zu 1/3 Seminar- & Businessgäste. Externe Feiern und Essen in unserem Restaurant sind ebenfalls ein wichtiger Umsatzbestandteil.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Chef de partie (m./w.) zum baldigen Beschäftigungsbeginn.

* Produzieren des täglich wechselnden Halbpension-Menüs

* Eigenständiges Waren- und Lagermanagement für den jeweiligen Posten

* Produzieren und Gestalten der Gerichte für die "à la Carte"-Karte

* Erweiterung der bereits geführten Rezeptmappe

* Einteilung/Delegieren der Commis und Lehrlinge an deinem Posten

Deine AufgabenDu bist neugierig und offen - du siehst Lösungen und keine Probleme.

Flexibel meisterst du aktuelle Herausforderungen, liebst den Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und gehst auch gerne mal die "Extrameile".

Wir zeichnen uns durch Handschlagqualität und Offenheit aus. Herzlichkeit und Respekt werden bei uns auf allen Ebenen gelebt und schweißen uns als Team zusammen.Arbeitszeit:

40 Stunden / Woche - 4 bis 5 Tage
