Entgelt:

* Gehalt Fachkraft: ab € http://x.xxx/605,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit mit Ausbildung). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Verantwortung für einen Küchenposten: Leitung eines bestimmten Bereichs in der Küche (z. B. Saucen, Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Dessert), Sicherstellen der Qualität und Konsistenz der Speisen in diesem Bereich, Vorbereitung, Zubereitung und Anrichten von Gerichten nach den Standards des Hauses * Küchenorganisation: Einhaltung der Produktionsabläufe und Arbeitspläne, Kontrolle der Portionsgrößen, Qualität und Präsentation, Unterstützung bei der Menüvorbereitung und saisonalen Anpassungen * Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und strikte Umsetzung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) * Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Souschef und Küchenchef, um Abläufe zu koordinieren, Anleitung und Unterstützung von Commis de Cuisine oder Küchenhilfen im eigenen Bereich * Bestandskontrolle und Lagerung: Überwachung der Zutaten und Rohwaren im eigenen Bereich, Meldung von Engpässen an den Souschef, Mitarbeit bei Inventuren und Lagerorganisation

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (LAP) sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung, Erfahrung in professionellen Küchen, Kenntnisse der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie in Zubereitungstechniken und Präsentation * Arbeitsweise: Hohe Flexibilität, Kreativität und der Anspruch auf stetige fachliche Weiterentwicklung. Präzision und Liebe zum Detail * Persönlichkeit: Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeglichene und geduldige Arbeitsweise * Kommunikation: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch im internationalen Team
