Deine Aufgaben

* Zubereitung und beim Anrichten der Speisen

* Qualitätssicherung

* Einhaltung und Kontrolle der HACCP Hygienevorschriften

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Hotelleitung und dem Executive Chef

* Bereitschaft zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung des Speisenangebotes, angepasst an einen modernen und gesunden Lebensstil

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Du hast Erfahrung als Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

* Du arbeitest gerne mit regionalen, saisonalen Lebensmitteln

* Du hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

* Du bist loyal und ehrlich

* Du verfolgst mit uns das Ziel, wirtschaftlich und umweltbewusst zu arbeiten

* Du bist an einer längerfristigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert

* Ein gutes Betriebsklima ist dir ebenso wichtig wie uns
