Am Straubingerplatz im Herzen von Bad Gastein, benannt nach der legendären Familie, en... 1 Chef de Partie (m/w/d) Beschäftigung ab sofort in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit ab 25 bis 42,5 Wochenstunden je nach Absprache möglich, für eine Daueranstellung. Die genauen Arbeitszeiten und die freien Tage erfolgen je nach Dienstplan und Vereinbarung.

BERUFSBILD:

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sous Chef und dem Executive Chef * Hochwertige Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen unter Einhaltung unserer Standards * Vorbereitung des MEPs für den Mittag / Abendservice * Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf * Sicherung und Kontrolle der Qualitätsstandards sowie Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP * Die Führung des eigenen Postens (Gardemanger, Entremetiere, Saucier) * Kontrolle des Warenbestandes * Unterstützung der Küchenbrigade bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch, idealerweise in der Ferienhotellerie / gehobenen Hotellerie * Erfahrungen in vergleichbaren Positionen * Kreativität und handwerkliches Geschick * Gastgeber-Passion und Liebe zum Detail * Fachliches Know How an Speisen, Gewürzen * Erfahrungen im Fine Dining, à la Carte - Bereich
