Bereits seit drei Generationen überzeugen wir im Vier Sterne Superior Hotel Guglwald im Mühlviertel/OÖ unsere Wellnessgäste durch Unternehmergeist, Innovationen und höchste Qualität. Dabei tragen besonders unsere Mitarbeiter_innen zu genau jenem Guglwald-Gesamtpaket bei, welches unsere Gäste so schätzen. Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Chef de Partie (m/w/d) bzw. Jungkoch/-köchin

AUFGABENBEREICH

Wir verwöhnen unsere Gäste auf höchstem Standard mit Schwerpunktsetzung auf biologische und regionale Küche - morgens: Bio-vollwertfrühstück mit über 100 Produkten vom Buffet, nachmittags: Wellnessbuffet mit ausgemachten Mehlspeisen, Salaten, Suppen und Gebäck, abends: mehrgängiges Gourmetdinner). Wir erwarten Engagement, gutes Auftreten, Serviceorientiertheit, gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Selbständigkeit.

ANFORDERUNGEN

abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe als Koch/Köchin und bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie erwünscht, eigenverantwortliches, rasches und genaues Arbeiten in der Küche mit Bedacht auf eine ökonomische Arbeitsweise.
