* Lehrabschluss als Köchin_Koch

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer gleichwertigen Position

* Liebe und Leidenschaft zum Beruf

* Vorausschauendes und zuverlässiges Handeln

* Strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Frisches, dynamisches und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

Deine Aufgaben

* Zubereitung aller kalten Speisen und Beilagen

* Einbringung von kalten Gerichten und Beilagen am Platz

* Vorbereitung von Mise en Place

* Direktes Zuarbeiten für den Sous Chef

* Verantwortung für Trocken-, Kühl- und Tiefkühllager

* Selbständiges Führen des Verantwortungsbereichs

* Einbringung bei der Neuerstellung der Speisekarte

STELLENDETAILS

Dienstort: Adriach-Rabenstein 53, 8130 Frohnleiten

Anstellung: 40 Stunden/Woche inkl. 10 Überstunden/Monat: 5-Tage-Woche

Bezahlung: ab 2.900,- Euro (Basis Brutto-Vollzeit), Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation.
