Der Dorfkrug Kaprun ist ein traditionsreicher Gastronomiebetrieb mit Restaurant und Appartements im Herzen von Kaprun. Gastgeber Manfred und Matthias verbinden gelebte Tradition mit frischen Ideen und legen großen Wert auf authentische Gastfreundschaft. Das Restaurant verwöhnt seine Gäste mit regionalen, saisonalen sowie traditionellen und modernen Gerichten in gemütlichem Ambiente. Besonders die Sonnenterrasse und die urigen Stuben sind beliebte Treffpunkte für Einheimische und Urlaubsgäste.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n 1 Chef de partie (m / w / x) --> ab Mitte Oktober

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Führung eines Küchenpostens (z. B. Entremetier)

* Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen im zugeteilten Arbeitsbereich

* Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Speisenqualität

* Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Speisekarten

* Vorbereitung von Lebensmitteln und Mise en Place

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Reinigungs- und Aufräumarbeiten im Küchenbereich

* Unterstützung bei Warenannahme und Lagerhaltung
