Abteilung: Kitchen

Anstellungsart: Full-time

Stellenbeschreibung

* Verantwortung für einen spezifischen Posten in der Küche

* Gewährleistung der konsistenten Zubereitung von Speisen nach den festgelegten Standards

* Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Qualität aller zubereiteten Speisen

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Chef de Partie und dem Küchenchef

* Koordination der Abläufe zwischen den verschiedenen Posten

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* Freude an der Arbeit mit erlesenen Lebensmitteln

* Ein außergewöhnliches Auge für Details, exzellente Kenntnisse aller modernen Kochmethoden und ein großes Wissen über authentische und klassische Gerichte

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamspirit

* Gute Deutsch- und / oder Englischkenntnisse
