Voor Mercure Antwerp City South, zoekt Adecco een gedreven Chef de Partie.

In deze creatieve en dynamische functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen partie en werk je mee aan een hoogstaand gastronomisch aanbod voor zowel à la carte als banqueting en events.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van jouw partie (mise-en-place, service en nazorg).

• Je bereidt en dresseert verfijnde gerechten volgens de kwaliteits- en presentatiestandaarden van het hotel.

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, versheid en correcte opslag van alle ingrediënten.

• Je ziet toe op een efficiënte workflow, strakke timing en een vlekkeloze service.

• Je volgt de hygiëne-, HACCP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt op.

• Je beheert de voorraad van jouw partie en geeft bestellingen tijdig door aan de Sous Chef.

• Je begeleidt en ondersteunt Commis chefs en Demi Chefs de Partie op de werkvloer.

• Je denkt proactief mee over menukaartvernieuwingen, nieuwe gerechten en keukenvraagstukken.

Wie zoeken we?

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Chef de Partie binnen de betere gastronomie of hotellerie.

• Je hebt een grote passie voor het vak, oog voor detail en kennis van moderne kooktechnieken.

• Je bent grondig bekend met de geldende HACCP- en hygiënenormen.

• Je bent stressbestendig, werkt gestructureerd en behoudt de rust tijdens piekmomenten.

• Je bent een echte teamplayer met een goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels (Frans is een plus).

• Ervaring binnen een internationale hotelketen of high-end concept is een sterke troef.

• Je bent flexibel qua werkuren, inclusief shifts in het weekend en op feestdagen.
