Mijn naam is Rob, Chef Kok van New York Basement en wij zijn op zoek naar een Chef de Partie. Wij zetten kwalitatief hoge gerechten neer en wij streven ernaar om elke gast een bijzondere ervaring te laten beleven. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Chef de Partie die hier ook naar streeft.NY Basement is onmiskenbaar verbonden aan Hotel New York, maar tegelijkertijd met een eigenzinnig karakter. Van smaakvolle appetizers en hoogstandjes van de houtskoolgrill tot de meest culinaire creaties op onze menukaart. Wij hebben een chefs menu waarin je als Chef de Partie ook je creativiteit kwijt kan. Je mag als kok met de beste producten werken en dat in een werkweek met normale uren. Momenteel werken wij met een werkweek van 4 om 5 dagen van 38 uur. NY Basement is namelijk geopend van dinsdag tot en met zaterdag. Daarnaast hebben 2 keer per maand op zondag een Live Music Lunch in die weken zal je 5 dagen werken, de andere weken 4. Ook wordt de NYB wel eens afgehuurd voor een exclusieve partij. Dit is natuurlijk altijd op tijd bekend, dus hier kan je ook met je eigen afspraken rekening mee houden. Wat biedt Hotel New York jou? • Betrouwbaarheid: het salaris wordt altijd op tijd gestort! • Salaris: het startsalaris is afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ligt tussen de € 2.750,- / € 3.000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur, je werkt de ene week 4 dagen en de andere week 5exclusief fooi, vakantiegeld & -uren. • 40/30 member: • Overnachten met 2 personen voor € 40,- inclusief ontbijt in alle WestCord Hotels; • 30 % korting op de rekening als je een hapje komt eten (combinatie eten en drinken); • 30 % korting op de artikelen in de Kiosk van Hotel New York / de WestCord producten en op de Wellness in de WestCord Hotels. • Trainingen zodat jij jezelf kan blijven ontwikkelen. • Een rooster dat altijd minimaal 2 weken van tevoren bekend is. • Een netto bonus van € 250,- wanneer jij een nieuwe collega aandraagt en deze dan ook wordt aangenomen! • Een hotelovernachting bij Hotel New York inclusie
